Italian for “tiny bubbles,” the Bollicine dry sparkling wine is a blend of 30% Pinot Noir and 70% Chardonnay. A classic combination of yeasty toast notes with bright fresh apple. Aged in our cave for almost 2 years in the bottle, hand-riddled and made in the traditional method champenoise.
This is an extra-brut (5gr/L) sparkling wine made in the traditional methode champenoise. This 2018 vintage is 100% Chardonnay with nice citrus notes, very tight bubbles and fine mousse. Clean and refreshing with notes of apple and lemongrass.
