' Visit - Afton Mountain Vineyards

Visit

We are open Thursday - Sunday 11-5.  Please read all details below when planning your visit.

Our patio, lawn and Pavilion will be open and the Tasting House remains closed to the public.

General information:

Tables on the patio, Pavilion and lawn will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

We are allowed to operate at 50% capacity.  We will have a greeter at our top welcome station; when we are at capacity we will hold any new guests until there is room.

Because of that reduced availability we request that you limit your stay to no more than 2 hours.

A three-bottle purchase per visit would be appreciated.  You can re-cork and take home any unfinished wine.

Self-guided tastings will be available to purchase and take to your table to enjoy.

Bring your own glass and take it with you.  We can provide plastic cups or sell an AMV glass for $3 that must go home with you.

You are welcome to bring your own food; please clear your table when you are done. Trash barrels will be available. Bring your lawn chairs and ice coolers; we will not be providing chillers at this time.

Please wait for a table to be cleaned when someone gets up before seating your party.

The Pavilion bar will be available for bottle purchases only, with one-way traffic clearly marked.

Wine can also be purchased when you are seated. It will be brought to the patio table for pickup. We only have one phone line so we appreciate your patience.

The Tasting House will remain closed. Restrooms are available in the building behind the Pavilion.

Please have patience with our staff; we're not back to a full roster yet and will be doing the best we can.  We'll be smiling behind our masks!

HOUSE RULES:

Masks must be worn any time you are not seated at your table.  You will not be seated or served without a mask on. If you are not comfortable with this policy we would ask that you return at a future date.

No groups more than 6 at any time.

No children or guests under 21 at this time.

Leashed pets are welcome in the grassed areas but not on the Patio or in the Pavilion.

Respect social distancing at all times.

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who is observed to be unwell or unwilling to follow these safety precautions.

If for some reason (thunderstorm, etc) you have to vacate your table, please shelter in your vehicle or leave the property. Our umbrellas need to be closed in case of strong winds.

No congregating inside or under the eaves.

Thank  you for your support and understanding.  We can't wait to see you soon!

Cheers,

The AMV Team
