A ‘Day of Banquet’ license must be secured and displayed prior to your event to serve any alcohol, including AMV wine. Obtain at abc.virginia.gov. AMV’s license is deactivated for your event.
All wine must be purchased through AMV. Non-club: 10% off 1st case, 15% off 2nd, 20% off 3+. Wine Club members receive 25% off. Minimum 1 case per 25 guests. Unconsumed wine belongs to purchaser.
All caterers must be professional, licensed, and registered. Approved caterers must meet with the Event Manager prior to the event to sign food and beverage guidelines.
AMV will set up ceremony chairs and reception tables on the agreed setup day. All decorations and personal belongings must be removed 30 minutes after event end time. AMV is not responsible for items left overnight.
Sparklers, paper lanterns, balloon releases, confetti, and other non-
natural products are not permitted. With prior approval, vehicles may be left overnight for next-day retrieval.
