Italian for “tiny bubbles,” the Bollicine dry sparkling wine is a blend of 30% Pinot Noir and 70% Chardonnay. A classic combination of yeasty toast notes with bright fresh apple. Aged in our cave for almost 2 years in the bottle, hand-riddled and made in the traditional method champenoise.
This Chardonay is fermented 50% in steel tank and 50% in neutral French oak barrels. It has a good acidity, with note of white flowers and light citrus.
2020 GOVERNOR'S CUP SILVER! Our medium bodied red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Tannat. This is a nicely-balanced red wine with an aromatic profile of dark red fruit and spices. Nice round mouthfeel with persistent finish.
GOVERNOR'S CUP 2021 GOLD MEDAL WINNER. 100% Cabernet Franc from a beautiful vintage. Aged in 25% concrete amphorae and 75% in larger "puncheon" barrels then blended together before bottling. Medium bodied wine with round and smooth tannin structure and complex aromatics of red fruit.
