Fresh, crisp, and lightly oaked

This Chardonnay has a hint of that classic creaminess and barrel toast, but still the grape shines through. The wine is fermented ½ in oak barrels (a mix of old and new) and ½ in stainless steel tank, with 100% malolactic fermentation throughout. It’s beautifully balanced with vibrant acidity, and a lovely long finish. 100% estate-grown Chardonnay.
